Welcome to Trafford's Parent Support Adviser Team
Parent Support Advisers offer early intervention, preventative support, guidance and advice to improve outcomes for children, young people and families through working in partnership with parents, carers and other agencies.
The role of the Parent Support Adviser is to:
- Work with parents in a school context to support their children’s learning
- Help improve behaviour and attendance and overcome barriers to learning
- Provide targeted preventative support and early intervention
- Increase the number of parents involved in their child’s education
